Order Processing and Shipment

Shipping Methods and Charges

Delivery Estimates

Where required, the customer will be given the opportunity to: consent to the revised shipment timeframe; or cancel the affected order and receive a prompt refund for merchandise that has not been shipped. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Customers should review their shipping information carefully before submitting an order. If an address correction is required, the customer should contact the applicable customer service channel as soon as possible. One More Global Inc. cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a carrier.

Order Tracking

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
